Purpose of role
The Bartender-Mixologist is responsible for preparing and serving all hot and cold beverages in our fast-paced restaurant. You will have a passion for the creation and crafting of cocktails and a keen interest in all things drink-related.
You will have a natural flair behind the bar and be prepared to provide an exceptional and fun experience to all our customers.
Essential Criteria
o Positive mindset, a great attitude and a willingness to learn
o Six months’ experience working in a bar or restaurant with cocktails
o Experience of working with an EPOS till system
o Eligible to work and live in the UK in line with UK Legislation
o Ability to work nights, weekends and bank holidays
Desirable Criteria
o One year’s experience working in a bar or restaurant with cocktails
o Barista training
o WSETCertificate
o Food and beverage training qualification (level 2 or above)
